Personal data processing policy · 8 November 2026.

01Who is responsible

The operator is KSPT RASTR Co. Ltd. Correspondence address: office 320, 106 Mira Avenue, Moscow 129626, Russia. This policy covers website visitors and people contacting us for advice, recommendations or supply terms.

02Data and purposes

To answer enquiries and prepare recommendations, we use your name, provided telephone number or email, enquiry topic and message. Company name is optional. Business representatives’ details are used to handle their enquiries. Contract preparation and performance involve only necessary information where an applicable legal basis exists.

The website form does not request passport details, health or biometric data, or payment information. Do not include other people’s personal data without a lawful basis. Site process parameters are treated as project information; we do not publish them with the customer’s identity without separate permission.

03How enquiries work

When you select “Send enquiry”, the website sends your name, email or phone number, topic and message to RASTR’s server hosted by Timeweb. If you provide a company name or files, their names and contents are sent as well. Attach only material needed to answer your enquiry. Remove unnecessary personal information about yourself or others.

Your enquiry and documents are stored in a private queue and sent to info@biofox-rastr.com. Once the mail server accepts the message, its contents are removed from the queue. Delivery is retried after temporary failures. Access to the queue and corporate email is restricted to authorised staff and the hosting provider as needed for their duties.

RASTR uses form data with the enquirer’s separate consent to answer a question, clarify a task or prepare supply terms. RASTR may continue correspondence with a company representative where a lawful basis exists. Processing for RASTR’s legitimate interests is limited to what is necessary and must respect the individual’s rights and freedoms.

04Access and confidentiality

Enquiries are handled by authorised staff who need the information to respond and support the task. Processing may include receipt, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, access restriction, blocking, deletion and destruction, manually or using business communication software.

We do not publish enquiries or sell contact details. Disclosure to others requires a lawful basis, including compliance with legal requirements. Email and website access infrastructure process information as part of their operation; external websites also apply their own terms.

05Retention and deletion

RASTR keeps correspondence and attachments in its corporate mailbox until the enquiry has been handled. If specific records are needed to perform a contract, address a claim, protect rights or meet a legal obligation, RASTR may retain the relevant data on an independent lawful basis. When the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, data for which no such basis exists are destroyed within the statutory time limits.

To detect duplicate submissions, the site keeps a technical receipt with the enquiry number and a checksum. Scheduled cleanup removes receipts older than seven days. The site uses a code derived from the IP address to limit submission frequency. These measures protect the form from abuse.

06Browser and external infrastructure

The site stores your language preference locally in the browser. In review mode it also stores comments, selected fragments, page addresses and review dates. These records are not synchronised by the site and remain until you delete them or clear site data in your browser. Enquiry fields and calculator inputs are not written to this storage.

The hosting provider processes technical request data to run the website and prevent abuse. External maps, Telegram and other services apply their own policies.

07Yandex Metrica

On biofox-rastr.com, Yandex Metrica counter 114044847 loads after you select “Allow analytics”. Metrica uses cookies, an IP address and technical information about the browser, device and visits for statistics and website improvements.

Session Replay records interactions with the page. Form fields, selected files and the submission result are masked. For page views, Metrica receives the page address without query parameters or a fragment and only the origin of the referring page.

Your choice is saved in this browser. To change it, open “Analytics settings” in the page footer and select “Save choice”. Withdrawing consent stops collection and reloads the page.

08Your rights and requests

You may request information about processing, correction of inaccurate details, blocking or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent, and seek protection through Roskomnadzor or a court. Withdrawal does not prevent processing that is permitted on another lawful basis.

Write to info@biofox-rastr.com. Use the subject “Personal data” and identify the enquiry or information concerned. We may request information needed to verify the requester’s identity. Do not send a passport scan without a separate justified request. Responses follow statutory time limits.

09Protection and policy updates

Contact details, messages and documents are used to handle your enquiry. Files are not published at public links. Access to enquiries is limited to staff who need them for their work.

This policy is prepared with reference to Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. The current edition is published on this page.
