Proprietary composition
Naturally occurring microorganisms, organic substances and catalysts — a proprietary composition in one product.
A bioaugmentation and bioregulation product for biological wastewater treatment, organic matter processing and pond restoration. We develop an application programme for your specific site.
A metallised pouch for treatment plants, agricultural facilities and water bodies.

Minimum small-pack order from the company. Wholesale, made to order. Retail packs are available on Ozon.
Dilute 1 kg of product in 40 litres of chlorine-free water. We determine dosing and application points in individual site recommendations.
Dilute 10 kg of product in 400 litres of chlorine-free water. We determine dosing and application points in individual site recommendations.
RASTR technology
BIOFOX supports biological processing of organic matter — from wastewater to sludge and manure. Microorganisms, organic substances and catalysts form one composition, applied through a programme tailored to your site.
The programme starts with understanding the process: incoming pollution, the biological stage and the parameters that need improvement.
Bioaugmentation introduces microorganisms to support treatment. Bioregulation addresses the conditions of the biological process. We combine the product, an assessment of initial data and technical support in one programme.

Support for the biological breakdown of organic pollutants, including proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
We select dosing and application points, and assess parameter trends together with the facility’s technologists.
At least1 × 1010 CFU/g
We check the product’s microbiological parameters in the laboratory. Composition, storage conditions and application recommendations are all part of our product approach.
Product documentsCFU means colony-forming units. This laboratory measure characterises viable microorganisms and forms part of product quality control.
We develop individual recommendations from your questionnaire, discuss results and adjust the programme to site operation.
We define parameters and sampling points in advance. Comparing analyses with loading and operating conditions makes the results meaningful to the technologist.

The economics of an operating facility
A stable biological stage can create opportunities to optimise aeration. Results are assessed together: treated-water quality and electricity consumption.
were switched off after biological stabilisation at a pig-farming facility
dissolved oxygen was maintained under the adjusted aeration regime
See the site experienceAeration adjustments are agreed by the technologist using dissolved oxygen and effluent analyses. Enter actual power consumption, not the sum of nameplate ratings. The calculator uses 365 days and your tariff; it excludes seasonality, penalties and BIOFOX costs.
More than energy savings
Annual savings = power × daily hours × 365 × tariff × reduction fraction. The 2019 analytical note confirms that four of six blowers were stopped; this is a count of units, not a measured percentage of electricity savings.
Section 7.6 of the report for a 27,000 m³/day municipal plant separates introduction, routine dosing and sludge-treatment costs. We follow this approach when costing your programme: product use and costs are related to treatment volume. Historical prices are not presented as a current offer.
Two tools for improving treatment
BIOFOX addresses biological treatment quality on existing infrastructure. At a suitable site, it can offer a route to improvements without waiting for a major construction project.
Timings come from RASTR’s comparative estimate for a 1,000 m³/day plant, presentation pp. 3–4, not a guaranteed schedule. Scope and budget depend on the site assessment. Biological intensification does not replace necessary repairs to unsafe structures or equipment.

Explore25 g is a convenient format for small sites; 1 kg comes in a metallised pouch and 10 kg in a bucket. We select business order quantities and supply schedules around your requirements.
Facility type, wastewater flow or material volume, operating layout and available analyses. The questionnaires organise this information: print the PDF or fill in the Word file and attach it to your email.
Yes. A clear application guide is available for homeowners. For facilities, we recommend discussing the application with us first: wastewater composition, aeration, loading and system condition affect the result. We help assess these factors and select dosing and application arrangements for your site.
