Initial situation
The facility has used BIOFOX since June 2015. Its 2023 letter describes operating experience and changes after introduction.
Actions taken
Site-specific dosing and application-point recommendations were developed. Staff learned stock and working solution preparation; analyses were used to monitor results.
Application results
The facility reports improved and more stable BOD₅, COD and suspended-solids readings, reduced odours and steadier activated-sludge operation.

The operating company describes the results in its 2023 letter. The facility has used BIOFOX since June 2015.
